YOGA IS BACK!

I CAN'T WAIT TO FLOW WITH YOU ON THE MAT

HELLO MY WONDERFUL YOGIS!!!

2026, here we go! It’s soooooooo good to be back and I cannot wait to share the year with you all!

YOUR YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE IS HERE…

HOW MY MOVE PLUNGE SIP CLASSES WORK

  1. We MOVE through a vinyasa flow styled yoga class. This class is suited for all levels, so please never feel like you can’t join in if you’ve never done yoga before, in fact, I encourage you to come along even more so! For those who are regulars, don’t worry, I always like to add optional layers to accommodate to a challenge if you’re feeling it on the day. The class is also held inside for your comfort… no flies, no extra outside elements like the gusting wind, rain or scorching sun. You get to see the sunrise, be near the ocean and be in a safe space to focus on your yoga practice.

  2. We PLUNGE into the ocean after class - emphasis here that this is optional. If the ocean isn’t for you, no worries, you might like to walk down to the beach with us, get a little sandy and watch. If you have to run off to work, also totally fine, I get it, go-you for taking time to flow with me…Go and take on your day.

  3. We SIP together…you actually don’t even need to buy anything from the cafe if you don’t wish to! I get it, cost of living is a time right now! BUTTTTT we also take time to chat, catch up, meet new faces, share ideas, stories, check in, pat some doggos and anything else you really wish. Some of us only stay for 5mins, others linger a little longer, you make it however you wish.

So in short, I am here to hold space for you to just show up as you are and however you need on that particular day. The biggest part is just showing up on your mat and the rest will flow on!

20HOURS FOR 20TALK

I’m really proud to share that I’m now a Mental Health Maintenance Trainer with 20Talk — an organisation dedicated to supporting young people across Western Australia through real conversations, preventative education, and practical mental health tools.

My reason for joining comes from a deeply personal place. Having experienced anxiety and stress myself, I know how powerful it would have been to learn simple, supportive strategies earlier in life. Mental health awareness isn’t just about responding when things get hard — it’s about giving our next generation the skills, language, and confidence to navigate challenges before they feel overwhelming.

I’m also excited to be taking part in the 20 Hours for 20Talk fundraising event on 29th March, where I’m committing to raising $1000 to help support the important work we do in Perth and beyond. This cause means so much to me, and every bit of support helps create safer spaces, stronger communities, and more accessible mental health education for young people.

Thank you for continuing to support my journey — both on and off the mat.

TRAUMA INFORMED YOGA CLASSES

These gentle, inclusive yoga sessions are designed to support women’s wellbeing in a way that feels safe, empowering, and accessible.

Each class blends gentle movement to stretch and release the body, guided relaxation, meditation and mindfulness practices, and practical stress-management techniques. Together, these elements support emotional regulation, reduce stress and anxiety, and help build a greater sense of safety, connection, and ease in the body.

Classes are held in a supportive, women-only environment and are thoughtfully designed to complement long-term wellbeing and self-care goals, with the specific needs of our community at the centre.

No bookings required — simply show up, register, and pay $10 on the day.

MY TOP 3 HIGHLIGHTS OF JAN

  1. My holiday road trip along the southwest coast. We went from Esperance all the way back up to Perth and WOW, it was something else. A beautiful time to switch off, be in nature, slow down and spend time wth family.

  2. Trying to bring an element of my holidays back to ‘normal’ life eg. Trying to be better with my phone usage and actively not use it where I can. Take time to rest over my week and enjoy reading that book I supposedly “don’t have time for”. Trying not to fit so much into my day and bounce from one thing to the next. Let my brain be bored and not overloaded with consumption.

  3. I was told recently when I’m in the ocean under the water to let out a huge scream to release frustration and stress build up and oh gosh, I tried, it really felt good! So next time you jump into the ocean and maybe want a little extra stress release, maybe give this option a whirl.

I can’t wait for what’s to come this year and look forward to spending time on the mat with you all soon!

Much Love,

Tay xx
